1. General Regulations

1.1 By providing the Session fees and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to attend your booked session on the specified start date & time. 

1.2 You are required to uphold acceptable standards of personal conduct during all aspects of session & follow the instruction of the coach to ensure your safety.

1.3 You are required to wear a hat and tow float for the duration of your session.

1.4 You must be able to swim unaided in a swimming pool for at least 200m before embarking on an Open Water Swimming session

1.5 You agree to advise me of any changes to the information provided on enrolment

1.6 You agree to complete the registration form which will be emailed to you.

2. Fees and charges

2.1 In order to book a session you must pay the relevant fee via www.myswimpod.co.uk 

2.2 Payment can be made via Square or direct bank transfer on request to sarah@myswimpod..co.uk 

2.3 From time to time My Swimpod may offer promotions.  These are discretionary and subject to their own Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase.  

 

3. Suspending, cancelling & transferring sessions. 

3.1 Any requests for suspending, or transferring sessions must be made by email to sarah@myswimpod.co.uk at least 48hours before the scheduled start time. and will be considered on an individual basis..

3.2 Cancellation requests should be made in writing to sarah@myswimpod..co.uk  with the following notice treated as follows: 

More than 7 days in advance of the session date - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)

At least 7 days in advance of the session date - 50% refund

less than 7 days but more than 48hours  - 25% refund

48hours or less in advance of the session start time  - No refund

 

4. Limitation of liability 

4.1 Liability to compensate you for any loss or damage (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act or omission subject to legal advice.
